Rosae 蠟燭

The scent is pure damascene rose, not the fake perfumey kind, and it filled my whole bathroom within minutes of lighting it. I lit it before my bath and the fresh, slightly sweet fragrance lingered for hours after I blew it out.

The fruity note comes through just enough to make the rose feel modern, not powdery. I keep it burning in the bathroom while I soak, and the scent lingers softly for hours after I blow it out.

Lit this in my bedroom about twenty minutes before bed and the damascene rose scent settled in nicely without getting cloying. That tiny hint of fruity sweetness makes it feel more modern than a plain floral.
