I lit this in the hallway before guests arrived and the black hemlock note really anchors the space—it’s woody without being heavy. Burns evenly, too, and the cardamom lingers just enough to feel inviting.
The cardamom note gives it a warm, almost spicy edge that I didn't expect from a woody candle—it makes the whole entrance feel cozy without being overpowering. Burned it for a couple hours last night and the cedar really settles in nicely afterward.
